The Black Dahlia Boutique is a family owned Gothic, and Spiritual handmade boutique. We create unique, beautiful crafts including bath and beauty products, home decor, gifts, and powerful magickal items all designed with a vintage Gothic flare! The wonderful team here at Black Dahlia believe in running a shop that is friendly, authentic, and easy to work with. We place loyalty and integrity above all in business and our personal lives which means we will do everything we can to ensure your experience here is a positive one!

Shipping
Shipping on all orders over $50 is FREE within the US and will be applied if you use code SHIPFREE at checkout.
Packages ship Monday - Wednesday usually the following week after the order is placed if any product needs made. This keeps items from melting sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Once the packages leave here it is out of our hands. If you have any questions about your package check your tracking number that is emailed to you when shipped.
If there is a problem within the US you can reach the post office at 877-569-6614 or email fast@usps.gov., Fedex at (800) 463-3339, or UPS at 800-333-7400 for help. Or reach out to me and I will be happy to look into it for you. Just bare in mind it will take a bit longer.
Also, keep in mind if you are international your tracking information stops at the border you will need to contact your country's post for updated information.
Insurance up to $100 is provided on all packages in case they are damaged or lost during shipping. If you place a larger order and want more coverage for it let me know and I'll make it happen.
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the issue was on our end.
